A doctor sees twenty patients in a day. Reviewing charts before each one takes time — time that often does not exist between appointments.
The AI Voice Briefing solves this with a simple idea: give the doctor an audio summary they can listen to while washing their hands or walking to the treatment room.
Here is how it works. When a clinical note is finalised and shared, the system automatically collects the patient’s recent visit history — up to the last five consultations. It then generates a concise briefing that covers the essentials: what was done previously, what the ongoing treatment plan looks like, any allergies or conditions to be aware of, and what today’s appointment is expected to address.
That briefing is converted into natural-sounding speech using ElevenLabs voice synthesis and made available as a playable audio file directly on the patient’s profile.
The doctor does not need to open a chart, scroll through past notes, or read anything. They press play, listen for thirty seconds, and walk into the room prepared.
For clinics that handle complex cases — implant sequences, orthodontic follow-ups, multi-visit restorations — this feature eliminates the cognitive load of remembering where each patient is in their journey. The AI remembers, so the doctor can focus on what is in front of them.
