Patients leave the dental chair with a lot on their minds. What exactly did the doctor find? What happens next? What should they watch out for at home?
Most of the time, they walk out with a vague memory of the conversation and no written record.
The Patient Educational Report changes that. Once a clinician approves their clinical notes, our system generates a plain-language summary designed specifically for the patient. No jargon, no abbreviations — just a clear explanation of what was found, what was done, and what comes next.
Each report includes a glossary of any dental terms that appear, so patients can look up “extraction” or “implant” on their own terms. The summary is available in the patient’s preferred language, including Italian, Albanian, English, and more.
Sharing is simple. The report lives on a secure, unique URL that the clinic can send via WhatsApp, email, or text. For patients who prefer paper, a PDF download is one click away. There is also an option to generate a QR code for the reception desk.
This is not about replacing the conversation between doctor and patient. It is about extending it — giving patients something they can refer back to at home, share with family members, or bring to their next appointment at another clinic.
